iDOTpc.com's goal is to build, test and ship your system within 3 to 5 business days excluding weekend and holidays. 48 hours of payment approval (i.e. credit card approval, check receipt or approved company purchase order). However, our ability to do so is largely affected by parts availability. Generally most of the parts we use are available locally, or within 1 shipping day from our factory in Hayward, CA. If there is a delay due to a parts shortage, we will exercise our best efforts to contact you and propose an alternative should one be available. If an alternative is not available, you will have the option to wait for the part to become available, switch to another configuration or to cancel your order. Actual delivery time from the factory will vary depending upon your shipping distance from Hayward, California and the method of shipping that you choose (overnight, second day, or standard ground delivery).
iDOTpc.com allows you to choose the shipping option that best suits your needs. You can choose from next day, second day or ground shipping. Shipping charges are automatically calculated when you confirm your order. (Note: most carriers will not and cannot deliver to PO Boxes). Shipping time is based on the carrier and method you select and begins when the system is shipped, not when the order is placed.
- Does iDOTpc.com have a walk-in store or a will call facility where I can pick-up my order?

- How do I get my tracking number?
The tracking numbers for shipped orders are automatically updated and e-mailed each day after 6:30PM Pacific Standard Time. Alternatively, you can check the iDOTpc.com online order status after 6:30 PM.
- My tracking number is not working. What should I do?
Sometimes UPS/USPS does not scan all packages at the time of pickup. Give it a day or two to see if they scan the package at their other facility during transit. Once the package is scanned, it will be updated on the carrier's website. If the package does not arrive on time, please give us a call and we will initiate a tracer with the package carrier.

- UPS has my package but they have not delivered it yet. Why?
Please contact UPS at 1-800-PICK-UPS to obtain further status on your packages. The priority of delivery within the method of shipment chosen is determined by your local UPS hub. iBOXpc.com would always like for your packages to be delivered on time, however if UPS is holding them, please contact UPS.
- What should I do if an item is delivered damaged?
If the item appears to have obvious damage by UPS, immediately tell the UPS driver you do not want to receive this package or call 1-800-PICK-UPS to submit a damaged shipment claim. If the damaged package was left or someone else signed for it, there is a grace period of around 8 days to file the damage claim. If a package looks suspiciously damaged, you can tell the driver to wait and open it to make sure the contents are not damaged and then refuse the package claiming the damage. Obtain a control number from UPS and call iDOTpc.com customer service at 1-510-475-7868.
Always make sure to get UPS's damage package control number for your claim.
- What should I do if an item is missing from my order?Customer Service immediately.

- Does iDOTpc.com pay for the return shipping of defective merchandise?
iBOXpc.com does not pay for the return shipping of defective merchandise. We are not responsible for factory defects or defects during transit. Since we do not produce the parts we carry, we will split the shipping costs with the customer. The customer agrees to pay to send the item back to iDOTpc and iDOTpc will consequently repair or replace the component and ship the item at no charge back to the shipping address specified in your account.
The customer is solely responsible for shipping any returned product to iDOTpc.com.
Similar to a walk-in store, Wal-Mart will not send a driver or courier to your house to pick up a defective item you bought in their store. They will not reimburse you for your time and gas money spent to drive back to the store either. However, to provide a higher quality standard of products we sell, all motherboard bundles, barebones, and systems have to pass our 24 hours burn-in test before shipping. If unfortunately, a product is defective, iDOTpc will use every good measure we have to ensure that you will be able to get the item replaced promptly with as little hassle as possible.
- Does iDOTpc.com deliver to APO or FPO addresses?
Yes, we deliver to APO/FPO. APO/FPO orders are shipped by the United States Postal Service and takes one to two business days to process and on average five to ten working days to arrive. However, iBOXpc.com cannot control delivery time. For APO/FPO orders, this may take 2-4 weeks at times.
- Why was my order sent in multiple packages when it could have all fit into one box?
iBOXpc.com packages the items according to safety, weight, and size for your items. The most common reason for order sent in multiple packages is due to multiple warehouse locations. Obviously if the items are stocked in different warehouses then they cannot be boxed together.
- Why did UPS separate the packages of my order?
That would be a function of UPS. Please contact UPS at 1-800-PICK-UPS to obtain further status on your packages.
- If I refuse a package, or if my order is somehow returned by UPS to iDOTpc.com, what happens next?
If the shipment is "returned to shipper" and we receive the package, the e-mail address on the account will receive a notification about the returned package. Upon your request, we'll resend your order with applicable shipping and handling charge.
If the package was refused or if we do not hear from you within 10 business days of the email notification, the full amount excluding shipping fee will be credited back your credit card. This will automatically generate a Return Merchandise Authorization number and a refund invoice. If not all all of the items are refused then only the items received back will be refunded.
- Is it possible to request that UPS hold my package(s)? May I have a package re-routed to a different address?
iDOTpc.com does not give UPS consent to hold packages for customers to pick-up at their UPS facilities due to fraud concerns. We humbly apologize for any inconvenience this precautionary measure may cause but we are simply trying to ensure the safety of our customer's purchases. Similarly iDOTpc.com will not request that a package be re-routed to another location once in transit to the shipping address requested on the original order.
- Are shipping costs added cumulatively for each item I order or do they reduce when multiple items are purchased?
When you order multiple items, most of the time the shipping is reduced in your shopping cart, according to weight and size, safety and insurance required.
- Does iDOTpc.com ship internationally?
Yes. We ship internationally. In order to track international packages, the only shipping method available for international orders is via USPS Global Express Mail or UPS Worldwide Services.
